 Widex Pledges Support to Gold Standards Summit 2009

Ron Meltsner, president of Widex Hearing Aid Company, has announced that Widex will provide a gift of $25,000 to the AAA Foundation in support the Academy’s Gold Standards Summit 2009: Transforming Clinical Education in Audiology. "As individuals and on behalf of the Widex Hearing Aid Company, we place an emphasis on education," Meltsner stated. "This is the fundamental reason why we are supporting the Gold Standards Summit 2009."

Brad Stach, Chair of the Foundation Board, expressed appreciation for this generous gift, “Summit 2009 is an important meeting addressing a crucial topic — the future of clinical education in audiology.
